Promotion Rules:
The promotion is open to real estate brokers licensed in Colorado. No application is required to participate in the promotion. A qualifying broker who closes on the sale of at least two units at the Upton Residences prior to the date of the drawing becomes eligible to participate in the promotion drawing. Each eligible broker will receive one chance in the drawing regardless of the number of units sold. The drawing will be held at a time set in the sole discretion of the sponsor when at least 80% of the units in the project have been sold. The sponsor will select one potential winner among all eligible entries that have been received at the time the drawing is held. The odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The sponsor shall notify the winning broker within two business days of the drawing. The winner will be awarded a Rolex watch valued at approximately $9,000. The winner shall be responsible for payment of any taxes associated with the promotion prize.

General Conditions:
Participation in the promotion constitutes the eligible broker’s full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
The potential winner must be compliant with all promotion terms and conditions at the time of the drawing and winning is contingent on fulfilling all requirements of the promotion. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any eligible broker who in the sponsor’s sole discretion has acted in violation of these rules or who has acted in an unprofessional or unethical manner. If the project does not achieve at least 80% sold in a reasonable timeframe as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion, the sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, rights and obligations of eligible brokers or rights and obligations of the sponsor in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes shall be resolved by the District Court in Denver County, Colorado.
